We love Dr. Susan at Best Friends Animal Clinic on Colfax hwy. Their care level and expertise is leaps and bounds above other local vets we've visited. Super friendly staff, and easy appointment scheduling.
Dr. Strolle is the nicest vet I have ever used. 100% recommend this team.
I just moved to the area three months ago with a 16 year old dog. We’ve been to Best Friends more than I’d like, but so grateful to have such informed, compassionate Veterinarians to work with. The front desk and Vet Techs are also terrific!
Any other vet office or clinic I’ve ever taken my Bogey (basset hound) to he’s had to be dragged in and had an accident. Oh, and he always had to be muzzled. Today, he walked in, he was curious and happy and wagging his tail. I even told the techs we may need to put his muzzle on because I don’t know how he’s going to handle this. He was so good, because they were so good! He was so good, he didn’t even make a grumpy noise towards anyone. Thorough and gentle! It’s such a tough thing to deal with when our pets are hurting. The staff and Dr were phenomenal! Hope to not be back soon but I know Noki will be taken care of with love if needed.
Best vet I've ever gone to. Staff is knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. We see Dr. Strolle, and he is wonderful! He's experienced with working dogs and I don't foresee seeing another vet, ever. This clinic receives my highest level of praise.
A big shout out to the staff, you guys are awesome. I had to take my kitty Annie in and have her put to sleep, hardest thing any animal lover has to do, but everyone there made it less painful for me and treated Annie like she was one of their own.
