Well usually I had someone else do my carpets but due to failure to meet commitments and so forth I was in need of a good carpet service company and lo and behold. I came across this company. To give credit where it's due, I actually contacted them early hours of the morning and was able to get a response real quick. James did my carpet was here by noon and was very knowledgeable on what was needed to be done. He requested we get the deep clean and we agreed. San Jose Carpet Cleaning did a great job with our carpets. I hadn't even realized just how filthy they were until the before and after pics... We will plan to have them back in a year or so! It's a little pricier than other carpet cleaners we've used, but the product is so much better. We used Oxy Fresh carpet cleaners in the past which left a feeling of residue on the carpet and never got them as clean as San Jose Carpet Cleaning did.

Ben did an amazing job on the carpets. He is 100% honest. Just an all-around​ great guy. I made a huge mistake calling another company first and learned my lesson​. His pricing was fair and quality superb. I highly recommend Ben.
