Best Cycle Honda - Dishonest Dealer – Absolutely the worst Honda dealer I've ever visited. They charged me a lot more than their quote and then told me that I should have gotten their estimate/quote in writing!! Absolutely arrogant manager and not concerned about getting or keeping customers. I called other Honda dealers in surrounding area and all were much, much cheaper and have a good reputation. Worst Service Around – I read the bad reviews about this company but still went there because of my Ford Service Plan. It was the worst service department that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They spent 5 days not returning phone calls and lying to me when I actually did get someone on the phone. When I complained, the manager was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the service department.
Do not buy a car here. – 1.Rude sales staff. 2.Both new trucks I went to test drive were dead. 3.They misplaced my keys. 4.They couldnt beat two other dealerships price on the same truck. 5.Would not reccomend to anyone.
