The staff and customer service at Best For Hearing are AMAZING!!! However and whenever possible they always try to do what is needed for the patient.

The lady that examined me took my hearing aides that did work and said that she would have them cleaned. After the appointment I received them back. One, the wire was broken and the other didn't hardly make any noise. She said she would get them repaired. After two weeks I got them back. One works but I can't connect it to my phone. Something is wrong with the Bluetooth The other still doesn't work.
