Taylor was an amazing help, she was fast and efficient and kept me sane while picking a wedding dress especially when I’m someone that doesn’t like trying on clothes and shopping. Would highly recommend booking there, especially with her!
If i could give 0 stars I would. I am extremely disappointed and upset by this businesses bridal dry cleaning service. They have ruined a $400 beautifully beaded bolero. Unfortunately, I did not inspect my bridal attire immediately after I picked it up from this shop almost a year ago. Why? Because I trusted that they did a good job to preserve such a meaning piece. We travelled two hours to try dresses on in this store, immediately the associate states they take 6 months to order in bridesmaid dresses + alteration time… we still wanted to look around - after that point, it was very apparent they wanted us to leave… everything we said they had a reason why it wouldn’t work or why we were wrong. They also require you to take your shoes off and put on socks, reasonable. But their sample dresses tagged at $500 are ripped, dirty and stained…..?
Nelly was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had her full attention the whole time I was there. She and her associate were able to show be colours available for the dresses that I was looking at and were able to order the orders for me ina timely way before my function.
Claudia was amazing ! It was my first time looking at wedding dresses, she took her time and went choose styles I liked.
