These guys have terrific rates but even better service. Very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me at a time when I was so stressed because I needed storage immediately. They moved my stuff on the same day that I called and when I arrived at their facility I was greeted by their "concierge" who was the nicest person I could've hoped to help me. I'm an NYU student, and I was looking for somewhere in NYC to store my stuff over this past summer when I was studying abroad in Madrid. I chose terribly, because I picked Chelsea Mini Storage. When I returned to NYC in the fall, I went to open my unit. Oddly, neither of my two security keys worked. They said they would give me a "complimentary" lock-cutting... how "nice" of them. These guys are amaaaazing!! The service was superb (literally couldn't have asked for a more helpful, pleasant, and professional staff). They went above and beyond my expectations and made my move extremely easy. As for the facility, it is clean, secure, and in a very decent area of Manhattan. This place comes highly recommended!
