Richard was great when he came and gave me a repair estimate.. I couldn't schedule the repair though. The lady answering the phone told me she has to check with Richard and call me back, she never did. I called her back, she didn't confirm whether she called Richard or not. She then said the person that does the repair is not in till the beginning of the month. When I said I can wait 5 more days till July, she then said she is not even sure that would help. I have had a very bad experience with this roofing company. This company worked on my neighbor's roof and totally used my property as a garbage disposal. I have been patiently waiting for the roofers to fix what was broken and clean up the mess left behind, but it has been over two months and I am done waiting. I have no words to describe this total disrespect.
