We have worked with Jessica Garard twice. Buying and selling is stressful, but Jessica is always knowledgeable and responsive. You can leave her a text and she'll get back to you as soon as possible. She knows the market and helped us price our home competitively. She is honest with numbers and is a great mediator. If we could have kept her as our realtor when moving out of state, we would have!
