We have worked with Jessica Garard twice. Buying and selling is stressful, but Jessica is always knowledgeable and responsive. You can leave her a text and she'll get back to you as soon as possible. She knows the market and helped us price our home competitively. She is honest with numbers and is a great mediator. If we could have kept her as our realtor when moving out of state, we would have! This has been the best selling experience we have had so far out of the 3 homes we've sold over the years. Highly recommend!!
