Best Fitness was a great place to work out but their contract terms are god awful. Should you need to stop your direct payments, you need to send a REGISTERED letter to the parent company. I was never very happy with this gym mostly due to the attitude of the staff, but when I tried to cancel my membership I went from dissatisfied to furious. I cancelled my membership by phone but the next month there was the charge again. So I called them up again and this time was told that you have to cancel in person or by registered mail. I was out of the country at the time and explained that and the response was "tough luck". I've belonged to a lot of fitness clubs and this one is by far the worst.

to find another Fitness Club. Their billing practices are unethical, and top management arrogant.
