Best family doctor ever, Love her
I made my annual appointment and was told when I arrived that my insurance was not accepted due to my deductible. The doctor was in my network, and I was still turned away. I have been a nurse for 28 years and I have never heard that it was ok to deny medical services. A medical facility is generally not allowed to deny emergency services for patients with deductibles, thanks to laws like the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). I’ve been seeing Dr. Mercy for 4 years, and she’s hands down the best doctor in the city. She truly cares, always follows up, even when she’s out of the office, and makes sure my meds are sent on time. Her staff is just as kind and professional. They always check in and make me feel heard and cared for. Dr. Mercy goes above and beyond every time. I’m so grateful to be her patient.
