Nice and knowledgeable doctor but really crappy service. A few months ago when I was still a patient there, I had an infection and I really needed to see the doctor but I was unable to reach anyone. I cant tell you how many times a day every day for about a week I called and no one answered the phone. I was so frustrated I had to go to urgent care. Today, I called and the phone line was busy in the morning so I called later at least 5 more times today and still no one has answered or called me back.

I made my annual appointment and was told when I arrived that my insurance was not accepted due to my deductible. The doctor was in my network, and I was still turned away. I have been a nurse for 28 years and I have never heard that it was ok to deny medical services. A medical facility is generally not allowed to deny emergency services for patients with deductibles, thanks to laws like the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). Couldn't take credit card and failed to tell me before I gave them my personal information
I’ve been seeing Dr. Mercy for 4 years, and she’s hands down the best doctor in the city. She truly cares, always follows up, even when she’s out of the office, and makes sure my meds are sent on time. Her staff is just as kind and professional. They always check in and make me feel heard and cared for. Dr. Mercy goes above and beyond every time. I’m so grateful to be her patient.
