I’ve been going to Best Eyebrows Threading for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say Nisha is the best in Schenectady. She does both my eyebrows and my partner’s, and every time, the results are perfect and consistent. What I appreciate most is how easy it is to switch up my look; if I want to change the shape or style, I just let Nisha know and she makes it happen. ALWAYS THE BEST! I love my brow service every time. Nisha pays close attention to detail, takes her time, and is a master at her craft. I cannot recommend this place enough!
I've been to her a few times, and she's great at what she does! However, I've had issues with punctuality - I've booked 11 am appointments twice, and she showed up 20 minutes late both times. It feels like a lack of respect for clients' time, especially when she's advertising a specific schedule online. As a business owner, I think it's crucial to stick to your posted hours.
