We have been promised a "full house treatment" twice for carpenter ants and they haven't done it either time. All they did was place a bit of bait in a few parts of the kitchen twice. We have carpenter ants everywhere in the house, not just the kitchen. The first time he said he didnt have the fumigator yet and they do it at a certain time of year. Best company to use we had a a very bad experience with a guy name Morgan jeron is the reason why we stayed with company plus the owner is amazing and took care of the problem right away. Morgan would come to my house and flirt with my wife ready to leave company until management stepped in and owner.
