WORST EXPERIENCE. Obviously, someone is paying reviewers to submit positive reviews for this company. When they finally return your phone call, they schedule you several days' out (so forget emergencies), give you an 8-hour window, tell you they'll call 30 minutes prior to showing up, then just show up as they call from outside your house to announce their arrival.
