For over 25 years, I have personally utilized the benefits of massage to manage chronic neck and shoulder pain due to college football injuries. When I say, "I feel your pain," I really mean it! I have tremendous passion to help others relieve stress and pain. Nothing is more satisfying for me than to hear my clients say things like their headache is gone and their pain has been reduced. This place is sooooo relaxing ! The atmosphere is soothing and if you choose to - conversation is awesome! I make sure to book myself at least once a month but once a week is a must once you've tried it. I definetly recommend Best escapes for an actual mini escape ! Stephanie has the best hands around !

After stuffing from lower back pain for 20+ years, I finally went in for my first massage. Stefanie was just what the doctor ordered. She was professional, friendly, made great conversation and above all, very talented. The knots in my back had been years in the making and she expertly worked on them. Two days after the massage, my back is feeling better than it has in a couple decades. Will definitely return and incorporate her services into my self-care plan.

I’m not a huge massage person but went with my mom for my birthday. She gets them monthly and said it’s the best she’s had! When they say full body massage they mean it!!
