We experienced an unexpected garage door break down late one afternoon. We called Tony and explained that one of the door's coil springs had broken. Tony arrived early the next afternoon (well within 24 hours from the time we placed our service request phone call to him) and he completed the replacement of both coil springs within 2 hours of his arrival. I had my spring changed from a Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster System to a conventional spring. Great guy (Tony), walked me through what required clearance he needs for the system to be replaced. Replaced some broken hinges free of charge. Definitely would hire again. Highly recommended!
