Im not sure how this place gets 5 stars when i cant even get through tge booking process without getting annoying with the staff. The when trying to cancell said appointment its more difficult then Einstein's theory of relativity. Had the repeat myself 4 times due to complete incompetence ubtil i lost it. Sure im sick atm and my tolerance for incompetence is lower then normal but of the phone staff are anything to go from place will be terrible.

The staff made me feel at ease throughout my visit, and Dr Malar provided outstanding care and attention to detail. The clinic itself is welcoming and well-organised, demonstrating the high standards it upholds.
