Best Deals Auto is truly the kindest group of people that has some really nice cars. My Dad just bought his second truck from Best Deals and had absolutely no issues with either vehicle. They made the process super easy and went out of their way to make sure my Dad drove off in a truck that exceeded his expectations and my Dad is very particular. HORRIBLE customer service. Sold me a car. Bought it and was told there was no report bad or anything. I bought it in April 2025. Took it to carmax and was told there was a report for frame damage on 2024. WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME. ASIDE FROM THAT from the 5 months of owning 2 of those months it’s been in the shop. INJECTORS WERE BAD, SPARK PLUGS, CATALYTIC CONVERTERS SO MUCH WAS WRONG.
