Please Be careful. Prices are good- which is why it’s not a 1 star review Picture shows the Color of the out stock flooring, LOOKS GREAT, BUT it has air under one section due to out of stock material and did some short cut work. Reason for the 2 star review- Overall experience was good until I asked to fix a floor board that was moving. Tony said he will try to get new pieces, the Dark wood flooring, but said they are Now out of stock and not available. This started earlier in February March 2024. Tony and his guys did a great job with my carpet and kitchen floor job. Professional, neat and on time. He definitely went the extra mile and was so helpful.
My parents recently had their carpets redone and they came out wonderful. Tony showed up with multiple samples and was very knowledgeable about all of them. He worked with my mom to help her find something she would really like. The supplies were ordered and the minute they came in, a day was scheduled for installation. Tony and his crew showed up promptly at 9am and were done and cleaned up by three (two sets of stairs, hallway, and dining room all done). They really took their time and showed quality workmanship. We recently had our rugs replaced by T.C. Flooring .Tony came to our home with samples...took measurements and within weeks we have new rugs throughout our condo. Tony moved the furniture and put everything back and cleaned up so all we had to do is enjoy our new rugs.. great job guys!
