I am about 6 months late (it was installed on 8/30/2020. Totally forgot to post) but I must say this was a great experience as a first time home owner. Very inexpensive and nice quality. The rep helped advised which would be best for me. NOT TO MENTION, the guy came on during the hurricane! The hurricane was hitting us the next day but he drove down to a different county just to install my carpet. Very nice service guy, store rep, and carpet!

You buy directly from Todd the owner. We saved a bundle on a high quality carpet. Not a fancy showroom, just a warehouse but it's worth the trip.
I called Best Deal Carpets because I saw a Google ad stating $299.00 for 3 Rooms. I had already received quotes from Home Depot, Dolphins, and two other local companies but I was curious to see how much Best Deal Carpet would charge me. I called and gave Todd (the owner) my room measurements. He gave me a starting price that was significantly lower than the other carpet companies. Very bad customer service!!! I am very sorry if Mr. Todd who is the owner is going through some problems. Advice: when it comes to receiving a client, even the way you talk on the phone I think it's important to leave the problems aside and get the best out of you. So your customers even if they do not find what they were looking for I’m pretty sure they will leave with a good impression of you, and for sure they will back to your business.
