If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely a waste of time. Any other practice is better, there is no excuse for lack of empathy and knowledge. Having to give the same information numerous times just to have to keep repeating myself. And the funniest part is there is no communication within, the office will continue calling. Do better

REALLY wish I had read the reviews before trying this place out. Had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning (my 2nd appointment with them) and started getting phone calls from them at 8:45 (while I was in another meeting), leaving multiple messages asking me to check in. At 9am, I was unable to access my portal (kept getting an error message) or find any link for the session in my email. Meanwhile I am trying to reach someone there on the phone. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from this office. No matter which location I call, it always routes to the same automated prompt. I have followed all the instructions provided, including completing the online HIPAA triage form and ensuring that my referral was properly sent over. Despite doing everything required on my end, I have not received a single follow-up call. What’s even more concerning is that there seems to be no way to reach an actual person for assistance. I honestly should have read the reviews before accepting my Primary Care Physician's referral to this place. My provider was late to every meeting, completely disengaged, very disorganized, and it sounded like she had the tv on in the background for every meeting. Additionally when I called to cancel and notify them of my intent to move practices, my provider called later that afternoon and offered to write me a prescription over the phone without going over the potential side effects, how it would work, NOTHING, to keep me ... read more
