This place is shady. I made an appointment with someone I thought was a psychiatrist. I was never once seen by the psychiatrist -- I only ever saw a nurse practitioner who was inexperienced, talked a lot about her personal life, and tried to prescribe me Klonopin (addictive, not appropriate for my situation). Our video appointments often only lasted 5 minutes, but I was still billed for a full session. Additionally, they repeatedly billed me for the same session, so I had to call them and request refunds. I honestly should have read the reviews before accepting my Primary Care Physician's referral to this place. My provider was late to every meeting, completely disengaged, very disorganized, and it sounded like she had the tv on in the background for every meeting. Additionally when I called to cancel and notify them of my intent to move practices, my provider called later that afternoon and offered to write me a prescription over the phone without going over the potential side effects, how it would work, NOTHING, to keep me ... read more
AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this place zero stars I would. We came to Best Day as a referral through our pediatrician for our daughter's ADHD. Scheduling an appointment was fine--no problem. Our first meeting with our provider went well enough. We gave her the background on the various medications our daughter has tried and the level of success we had experienced with each medication. bad experience, it’s been 5 days without my antidepressants because the “doctor isn’t approving the meds” & guess what, my psychiatrist left the company so now who is supposed to approve ??? also they gave me an appointment with a nurse instead of a new psychiatrist when my psychiatrist left the company. like what?
Horrible, unorganized, dirty place of business. I do not know how they are still in business.
