Do not bring your children, parents, or loved ones here. This facility does not care about patient care. Medications are not refilled in a timely manner, and insurance is billed for services that are never rendered. I worked here long enough to see it firsthand. The pay is extremely low compared to the workload and responsibilities. Despite being a mental health facility, there is zero training provided to staff. ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I ended up in the emergency room due to the "DR" not listening to me or returning any of my phone calls or messages on the portal. Worst "DR" experience of my life.

Terrible service. Was referred by my doc, had to chase them to get an appointment, they were glad to take my money but never made the follow up referral I needed. Spent an hour on hold, drove to the office to get a follow up, the referral was still never made. Literally don't bother, and if you get referred here, ask for a referral for somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.

I have been going here since way before covid. Not sure of the exact year, but it's been a bunch! At first, I had a wonderful provider and had only had 3 different once within that time! One was leaving the state, one was changing practices and the other was just leaving. So good for them! I don't hold someone leaving the practice personal because they have their own things going on that they aren't allowed to share.
