At 7pm the day before our carpet cleaning appointment, someone named Jordan "with the carpet cleaning services" texts me to cancel our appointment. He claims his offices are closed so he cannot come and says to call or text back but does not pick up the phone or respond. The appointment was already a day later than we had wanted, but the office had assured me there would be time for the carpet to dry before our tenant arrives the following morning. Gerald did an exceptional job with the old pet stains on my carpet that had been there for an extended period of time! The carpet now looks as flawless as new and doesn't have any odor!
