He is always quick to respond and knows so much about making carpets look their best. The office staff is also great to work with. The whole experience was simple and clear. As someone who collects rugs and loves finding secondhand treasures but worries about germs, having a great carpet cleaning service is important to me. I thought about using my own pressure washer but was unsure about getting my rug dry the right way. Instead, I chose the mid-level cleaning for my wool rug, which turned out great. This guy is totally unprofessional. I believe they are using a call center and finding random independent carpet cleaners that are totally unprofessional. He showed up late, told me its going to be a higher price than what I was quoted. He was also smoking a vape in the middle of my living room.
Horrible service. My carpet was not even cleaner than when before he started. Lots of stains left over. I had to hire another cleaner and this guy kept demanding payment for his scam van.
Not sure how this company has so many good reviews. Must be fake reviews to lure in customers. I called these people and seems like they have a call center in India processing everything. They quoted me $140 over the phone and I set up an appointment. Their “technician” was late to the time slot, got lost, never called me until I called him. I was already in a bad mood because he said he would arrive in 15 min and 45 min later I had to call him. Apparently he was just sitting around waiting somewhere that I didn’t even know.... read more
