the service nicholas provided was not listed, but he can handle carpet color correction! i am really happy with the results. i had several spots on my carpet in san jose that were bleached out from using harsh cleaning products. nicholas was recommended to me by a carpet installer. he worked hard to figure out the missing colors and was able to dye the carpet with the right permanent colors, making the carpet look almost perfect! it wasn't cheap, but it was definitely less expensive than buying new carpet. nicholas always ke... read more
nicholas and damian were excellent! we needed our carpets cleaned in our new home before moving in. best day carpet care was able to fit us in on very short notice. nicholas explained all our cleaning options and possible extra charges clearly. there were no hidden fees or pressure. they did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet and took extra care not to damage anything in the house with their equipment. we will definitely use them again and highly recommend for your carpet cleaning needs in san jose!
