Very disappointed on how my complaint was handled. I find it sad in today's an adult is not able to man up and say they are unable to do something. My niece's hair looks horrible. When I called in to complain all I got were excuses. It is now hours since I called and left a message at corporate. Good to know Jennifer has a sense of urgency. Glad to see customer service at its best. NOT!!!! I am sure this will be deleted by corporate.
Just had another great haircut at Puritas Ave. Best Cuts! And I got to use my 4 cuts for $40 gift card I got for Christmas!
