On a whim I stopped by CC Strongsville and was greeted by a very helpful and truly nice gal, Jessie. Feeling confident I scheduled my appointment for tthat same evening and sooooo very glad I did! Jessie took the time to address my needs. She did not talk me out of my perm decision. Throughout the whole appointment we talked as if we were friends for a long time.
