On a whim I stopped by CC Strongsville and was greeted by a very helpful and truly nice gal, Jessie. Feeling confident I scheduled my appointment for tthat same evening and sooooo very glad I did! Jessie took the time to address my needs. She did not talk me out of my perm decision. Throughout the whole appointment we talked as if we were friends for a long time. Love the results of my hair and will for certain be back! THANK YOU Jessie

Jessie was patient with our two kiddos and gave them great cuts - thank you!
Worst haircut that I have received in the past ten years and a waste of $25, as I do not even trust that the stylist can correct or improve it.
