We are posting this review on Facebook so that anyone moving will know to avoid these companies. We feel we have been victims of fraud and age discrimination and are currently contacting a lawyer. We moved from Florida to Delaware at the end of December. The first company we dealt with was Best Cross Country Movers. We did not realize that this was a shell company. They will subcontract and subsequently your possessions will be damaged and/or stolen and then they'll call you a liar when you tell them it happened. No wonder your BBB accreditation was revoked.
Not lie, be upfront about telling they are a BROKER, not a moving company...so much more...
It’s been a week since we were supposed to have our stuff delivered. It’s still not here. I’ve reached out to BCCM and have gotten absolutely no response. Do not ever use this company!
DO NOT USE!!! Horrible experience! Added another $700 in charges that I was told many times wouldn’t be needed. Obviously they know they are in the wrong because they offered to take off $150, but I shouldn’t be paying anything extra! Will be contacting BBB
We move about every two years, and this is by far the worst experience I've had with a moving company, either domestic or international. We're in the middle of an inter-state move from CO to CA. We had issues from start to finish, and we’ve noted only a subset of the issues below. We are more than willing to go into detail of any of the following things: -Movers were several hours late for pick up, with poor communication. Because we were originally told a 10am pickup time, we paid to take a 6am flight back from a weekend trip. This company is the biggest Fing rip off out there. Picked up my furniture on the 6/19 was quoted 6K and in the end I paid well over 13k and I STILL do not have my furniture. Was called twice this week telling me Friday a bunch of liars as it is Thursday afternoon and they are now telling me my furniture is still in CO. Worst movers EVER!!! Would not recommend and this will be the start of my bad reviews. BBB will be next on the list.
