These gentlemen are the only gentlemen that should be doing any type of work on a property. They know the ends and outs of every building. They have craftsmen and GCs that are trained at a whole different level. They understand mill work, skim coating, electrical wiring - they are the best in the business. As a top real estate agent I only want to work with people who will do the job the best.
This company will disappoint you. Very good salesmen, giving a lot of attention to their social media and self reviewing, they will invite you to their "shop" etc but please do your research before trusting them. You will find mechanic liens (they often don't pay their subs, you can look at DDNY for liens, it is the name of the company they use to carry out the work), a lot of staff turnover (even one of the founders left), find some references yourself and you will find angry owners,...
