This company has terrible customer service. They used sub contractors who did not understand English so we could not communicate with them. We spent $10,000.00 on a new furnace and A/C unit. The furnace duct work was not installed properly, they dragged the new A/C unit on the gravel so it got major scratches along one side, they did not wear masks in our house even though it was a pandemic & required under the public health standards, left dozens of their dirty cigarette butts and other garbage on the ground where they in... read more
