Best Cleaners Surrey did two 'after the builders' cleans to deep clean a two bedroom flat in Guildford, and the results were excellent. The team of three people did a thorough job and took care to catch everything. I really appreciate the hard work and wonderful results.

The very nice girls who came to clean our apartment clearly did not have the training or proper equipment to clean our empty and relatively clean flat. It's not their fault- they showed willing, but the management was just not good. The oven looked like they had just wiped it with a damp sponge, the floors had spots where there were visible stains, they didn't hoover inside the closets, the drain covers in the showers weren't wiped, and some rooms hadn't had the skirting boards wiped. Company sorted a Deep Clean and Carpet Cleaning of a 3 bedroom house which had been empty for around 5 years. Needless to say it was a real mess. A team of 4 cleaners arrived and they got stuck straight into it. They were friendly and professional and done a great job on what was a difficult project. Highly recommend them. I have already booked them again.

Paid for a 4 hour service with specified areas and things to clean, this wasn't done to acceptable standards. Cleaners left after 2 hours, still haven't sent me a receipt. Dissapointed.

I used this company for an end of tenancy clean. Firstly, I booked them at 1pm for once my removals had gone, but then had 3 missed calls and a text at 10am to say they were on their way. I told them that wasn't possible and there was a reason why I booked it at one. So, then they came later and the woman who runs it just harrassed me all day being really pushy about how I was going to pay them.
