We’ve never had any problems with the cleaning itself, but there was a mixup with labels and we were charged over $100 for several dry cleaning orders that weren’t ours. We have called and emailed several times but the issue has not been fixed; we even figured out who the bills should have gone to but they have not resolved it. It’s been over a year now and I’m resigned to eating that cost, but we won’t be coming back here again.
Sadly my experience at Best Cleaners was less than ideal. I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and experienced poor customer service on multiple occasions. My dress was placed under the incorrect name during intake (luckily I caught that mistake once home) and when I brought that to their attention the date to pickup my dress was pushed back by weeks once they fixed the error.
