Bought a small utility trailer. I will say everyone I talked with was polite and pleasant though interoffice communication and customer service are lacking at best. Called before I left to make sure it was in stock and to give them a heads up that I was on my way, in case it was buried in the lot. They verified on the computer that it was there. Drove 4 hours to purchase a Lamar that was transported from another Best Choice location. Arrived and was escorted over to the sold lot to see it. Side rail was damaged pretty badly. Looked like the drum of another trailer had pushed down into it during transport. Although I wasn’t going to buy it that way regardless of price, no further discount could be offered.
