Santiaga help my son and I to secure safe, clean storage units at the last minute on a Friday. She went out of her way to help us. A big thanks to Michelle for all her help! She is hands down the best. There was an issue with my lock, it was defected. I couldn't access my unit and the office was already closed. You could imagine my frustration. There is always an answering service. Michelle responded in a timely manner and it was resolved, she was super friendly! They have alarms on all the units and were able to see the last time the unit was accessed. Which was all very reassuring!
