Getting a call back or a supervisor to come supervise while the work is being completed would be great! Agreed on a color, price, etc. Roof looks like a patchwork quilt with different colors like we had roof repairs and couldn't match the original color! Tiles came from 4 different batch numbers on the pallet!! Trying to communicate with workers, there was a language barrier so they just kept working even when told and pointing to the color difference! Not at all satisfied! Phil, the General Manager, came out on a Sunday to give me a quote and explained the work needed to my roof. He was very thorough and provided options. Richard, the Production Manager, called a few days later asking if they could start the work the next day. The crew arrived early the next morning and completed my new roof before sunset.
