Outstanding! From the very start when we first met with Alex, we already felt comfortable discussing with him our requirements. He went above and beyond by climbing up to our high roof to inspect and check the condition of our roof. He took plenty of pictures and even collected loose nails. John Overton was on time and I was really impressed with him and the inspection he did on the roof and he was very thorough and took pictures and video to show us. He told us what exactly what needed to be replaced and procedures to replace the roof. He did the financing and contract information. John was very knowledgeable and freindly and made us feel comfortable with him and the company BCR

Duane was fantastic, prompt, was very knowledgeable, shared specifics including examples with images and video to illustrate concerns, answered all my questions and the overall experience was very professional. Got us scheduled for the work! The overall experience was great!
