Last Tuesday Quinton knocked on my door seeing if I wanted a repair job on my roof I said no but he's was the most respectful man I’ve ever met he was very gentle with his word and even asked bout my day most definitely the highlight of my week
Great team, special shout out to Veronica and Josh Bruce. The only reason I might not be selecting them is my love of Malarkey Shingles while they tend to prefer Owens Corning and GAF, but otherwise this team was the quickest to respond, provided the most thorough inspection, and are top notch
I would never even consider using a company that either cannot read, or straight up ignores, no soliciting signs. Additionally, it appears that they are also liars, since I see that there are many other complaints about the same thing, from many months ago, with responses to these complaints about how sorry they are and will do better in the future. I also do not appreciate the littering "Malachi" did on my doorstep. Zero star company.
Wanted to get information about what I will eventually need to have done with the roof in preparation for eventual sale. Josh was very thorough and helpful and good at explaining the situation and not unnecessarily alarmist.
