I put these guys off for a while bc I didn’t really think I needed a whole new roof, my house is only 10yrs old but finally agreed and this past summer they redid the whole roof and got the approval from insurance but I paid more than I was initially explained. BCR did a great job and got to my house quicker than the originally told me. This part was true. Today I’m going to edit my original post. I’ve had 2 roof leaks in 6 years. The first time I got a leak they apparently temporarily fixed the problem long enough to get through the workmanship warranty. Today they came by and pretty much said they can do it but it would cost $2,000 for a simple box vent repair with the possibility of costing more. Pretty much the warranty I purchased was for not. Made an appointment and Scotty Cardwell knocked on my door. He gave me a couple of options and explained it so thoroughly I had zero questions. Sold! I would give 10 stars! He and Dalton Cassidy took care of everything. I had a new roof installed within 2 weeks, which I desperately needed. Professional service including the men who came to install it. I had contacted 4 companies, Scotty was the third I spoke with and I canceled the fourth. Needless to say, I made the BEST CHOICE!!
