Constantly at my house trying to sell me something I absolutely don't want or need. In the past 6 months I've came home to 15 cards in my door. I've talked to 2 different men telling them no thanks and they just ask to speak with the man of the house. This company is the reason I have to put up no soliciting signs.

BCR did a great job and got to my house quicker than the original. This part was true. Today I’m going to edit my original post. I’ve had 2 roof leaks in 6 years. The first time I got a leak they apparently temporarily fixed the problem long enough to get through the workmanship warranty. Today they came by and pretty much said they can do it but it would cost $2,000 for a simple box vent repair with the possibility of costing more. Pretty much the warranty I purchased was for not. I've been trying to get them to fix a problem of water getting behind my gutters and soaking the wood when it rains its been months and I've not heard anything from them they are waiting out the warranty i think
