Terrible service. Warranties do not transfer. Roof is less than two years old and is already leaking. Called to request repair - they do not offer it in my area - where it was installed. What a joke. Still finding roof nails and scrap roof tile across my property from the installation.
Called them on Monday to come look at a leaking roof. Was called back quickly and scheduled an inspection for the next day. Unfortunately the Technician no-showed. I called back a couple of days later only to be told they do not do repairs in my city. This left me somewhat confused so I am leaving this review for others. They apparently do not service Bowling Green, KY.
Second time I have been woke up by them in my neighborhood. Asking me about a free estimate on my roof. When I clearly have a sign on my door. That says no soliciting and don't knock or ring doorbell. Says he's not soliciting, but he did knock on my door really loud and wake me up. I don't sleep good and there's a reason why I have the sign. To be fair this review isn't about work they have done for me. It's about them clearly disregarding my sign and bothering me.
A very nice person willing to do anything to help very satisfied
I called to report a roof leak associated with shingle replacement and never heard back. Will now have to file insurance claim to fix.
