Austin and Garrett came to our home to give us an estimate for a new roof. These two gentlemen were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything that would be used on a new roof. Not only did they tell us but showed us everything that would be used. They spent a total of three hours and answered any and all questions we had. They never tried to pressure us for our business. I highly recommend these gentlemen from Best Choice roofing.

Looks like a wonderful finished product. Unfortunately, the local company failed to obtain the proper permits. Now, we cannot get an inspection on illegal construction. Roof went up in March 2025. It is now the third week in June and it seems impossible to get the General Manager to call us and get it squared away.  I will update this when/if the job is completed.

Marcus came out and evaluated my roof structure. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and presented the multiple aspects of putting on a roof. He demonstrated with visual aides including videos, samples of actual roofing materials and the specific role each layer plays in holding up to high winds, hail, and other extreme weather conditions. It was great to meet such a knowledgeable person.

I recommend best choice roofing. So far they are doing a great job. Everything is going as planned and I can’t wait to see the finish product. Skylar is a great person to work with and he is very knowledgeable and polite. He has helped us us every step of the way and still working with us until the project is complete.

My experience with this company has been a nightmare! After a horrible repair job my house fully got damaged from rain and I am now out thousands of dollars for Best Choice Roofing hairrible craftmenship! . Sadly, the owner of BEST CHOICE ROOFING has made it clear that good faith negotiations will no longer be necessary and now threatens to get the "lawyers" involved. Jermaine Hurst came to our door about checking our roof, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed or a new roof. He was with us every step of the way, easy to get in contact with if we had questions. The work was fast and efficient I would highly recommend people to get their roofs done with Best Choice Roofing Knoxville. 20/10 from start to finish.

Scammer Alert!!! I got an estimate from Kaleb Tort to replace my roof, I was satisfied with the price given to me but I needed to make sure they are legit. I stopped by the address they have published and it turned out to be a mechanic shop, after that I started to do some research on the “company”. They started around January of this year but they claimed years of experience and being leaders in the industry.
