I couldn’t possibly be more pleased with my experience with Best Choice. They found issues with my roof I didn’t even know I had. They helped me file a claim with my insurance and get my new roof covered. They explained the process and gave me all of my options for the types/colors of shingles I could get & the warranty options without being pushy or using aggressive sales tactics. The whole experience was wonderful. Wasn't a pushy salesman either. Very honest presentation and the product is phenomenal. I would refer best choice roofing to anybody especially Brandon or Nickolas.
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Did incomplete work and now that interior has water spots, nobody responds to calls/texts. Company has given me the run around for almost 3 months. Save yourself from a headache. I have pictures and documentation to prove what I'm saying. They were so fast to pick up my money but MIA for warranty claims !!!
Horrible experience. We have had an issue with our new roof, installed by Best Choice Roofing, since December of 2022. They repeatedly lie and say they are coming out to make repairs and never show up or bother to call. We are sick of dealing with unprofessional and non-responsive people. We even went so far as to leave our vacation a day early in order to meet them at our house in July of 2024. They never showed up or bothered to call and reschedule. We wouldn’t even rate them a 1 if given a choice.
10 out 10 don't recommend working here if you like getting paid been 2 weeks and not a dime yet and also God forbid you don't talk in there group chat on GroupMe because you will be removed they say you are free to choose your work times NO your not you don't go out removed again or nagging will start Saturday you don't work they get upset.....if you want to work in this field just find one that pays hourly unless you like commission pay
