EDIT AGAIN: Voluntarily changing review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Reason, because the Area Manager Cory texted me this month out of blue just to see if I had any warranty issues or needed anything. That is above and beyond in my opinion since the job was closed last year (2025). Thank you to Corey and BCR for making it right. EDIT: Well after a year my roof replacement is finally complete. It was a pleasure working with Brandon and Zak. Came out and took care of my faulty pipe boots and bad chimney flashing. Including taking care of my detached shed that i learned was double layer. Fast and efficient from start to finish. Ca1li was sweet with scheduling and made it easy. Along with Corey handling and making sure production went smooth from start to finish. Would recommend them for all your roofing needs and inspection. Hands down top notch service.
