Worst customer service ever. The old lady that answers the phone is beyond RUDE and unprofessional! Train your call center to not take roofing repair work orders since you DO NOT provide roofing services. You all scheduled an appointment with me and then turn around and are rude when I call to follow up. I will never use you all for any of our commercial projects!

They helped me get my roof taken of thru my insurance company easier than by myself. They also are cost efficient and get the roof replaced in one day
We had BCR out to give us an estimate for a new roof on a Double Wide Trailor. We asked for an estimate for Metal and Dimensional. Are you all ready for a laugh? $59,000 to $53,000 for Metal. $29,000 to $22,000 for Dimensional. They must think we don't know any better! Save yourself the time and money! This place is a SCAM!!! UPDATE: Metal roof for $8,000 from the Amish!
