Nancy Franklin, my sales representative really did an outstanding job from out initial contact all the way to the finishing details. Wonderful work, I was very impressed and of course surprised for this last two weeks of construction evolution because they were able to get our insurance (travelers) to put up most of the cost less deductible and some of my personal additions. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing! From the initial sales call to the follow-up after the completion of the job...I was thoroughly impressed!! Tyler, Ethan, Ryan and the entire work crew were helpful, courteous & knowledgeable.
From sales interview to job completion interview--top rate company. All employees and contractors involved were courteous and answered all concerns. Would recommend without hesitation. After job completion, Ryan came out to inspect the contractors work before we made the final payment. A couple of days after that, Sarah phoned to see if we were happy with the work and employees interaction. Our answer was a, "Yes"! Best Choice we made for our roofing work.
Unfortunately we have had a very bad experience with Best Choice Roofing. I posted on the Mathews County community page looking for recommendations and Ethan Huggins was one of the few people who messaged me (a lot of people recommended other companies, but he reached out to me directly). Everything was great up until we made our payment. Per our contract we were paying 1/3 of the amount due and then the remaining amount in a payment plan.
