Ron has a great personality, he drove an hour to our home to assist and help after a tree fell from a storm on our home! Started off decent and that’s why it’s not 1*. Explained my situation on how mom passed and we finally had finished everything court related but State Farm dropped my policy but I was still within statute of limitations. Work keeps me on the road and stayed in contact. Later learned many were new to company and some left but I primarily spoke with drake.
