We just had our roof installed and I can not say enough good things about the team. They were extremely efficient and paid attention to detail. They were respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. The wind was brisk at times throughout the day and the team was thorough in tracking down any wayward debris. Can not recommend this team enough. Everything from initial inspection to install was perfect.
Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. I have had the best experience with BCR! Jamie Gill is the most helpful,genuine and efficient roofing consultant i have ever encountered!. She's friendly, honest, takes the time to answer all questions that I have and is never overly pushy to purchase because she knows the service speaks for itself. I will continue to do all my roofing business with this company because I trust Jamie and her team. Thank you Jamie Gill, Randy and Erin for making purchasing a roof less painful lol!
From the beginning to end, BCR staff did an awesome job and at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be more thankful for their expertise and kindness. They handled a roofing and gutter job for us and we are very pleased. All staff very professional. We highly recommend BCR for all of your roofing and gutter needs.
Johnny White was amazing!! Very thorough and provided lots of information. Took pictures of the area and shared them with us. Would highly recommend his service.
