I thought I would have a great experience with this company, but it has turned out bad. I was supposed to have a roof done over 2 months ago and nothing has been done to this day. Dan Ward was the owner in the Arkansas territory and now I'm told he's no longer with the company and corporate supposedly took over. I can't get anyone on the phone from corporate. All voicemails are full. I am working with my insurance company to take legal action. I just want a refund.
The new roof was installed quickly and professionally. All of the people involved were really nice. I will recommend them to anyone.
Jesse came out to inspect my roof and was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I’m ready to take the next step in getting my roof done, I know I’ll be calling Jesse. I really appreciate BCR’s honesty and professionalism.
