I am so very pleased after working with Randy and Jesse at Best Choice Roofing! They guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. The roofers showed up on time and were respectful of my property as they professionally installed the roof, even in the hottest of summer days. Randy followed up with me all throughout and after the process. I’ll highly recommend Best Choice Roofing.
Definitely the Best Choice! Everyone we worked with was fantastic. They listened, they explained, they suggested. They were in constant contact with us. Answering questions and giving updates. The roof went up in one day and looks amazing. The roofers we fast and neat. Cleaning up as they went. Our landscaping received very little damage. Just a few smushed flowers. They dealt with the insurance company which was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!! Thank you, Randy and Jesse from coming by!!!

I thought I would have a great experience with this company, but it has turned out bad. I was supposed to have a roof done over 2 months ago and nothing has been done to this day. Dan Ward was the owner in the Arkansas territory and now I'm told he's no longer with the company and corporate supposedly took over. I can't get anyone on the phone from corporate. All voicemails are full. I am working with my insurance company to take legal action. I just want a refund.
The new roof was installed quickly and professionally. All of the people involved were really nice. I will recommend them to anyone.
