These crap reviews aren’t a joke, people. Keith Morris of Best Choice Realty took over a third of our security deposit for ordinary wear of the property i.e. cleaning of toilets, oven, and ceiling fans. He completely inflated the charges and took over 4 weeks to return the rest to us after we called and left numerous unreturned messages. I have a lawyer who is pursuing this claim. Stay far, far away from these people. I learned the hard way. They are only interested in money and they are absent of any morals or ethics. Absolute bottom feeders. Minus one star is generous.

Worst landlord I've ever encountered. Didn't have correct lease when we went to sign it. Didn't receive a copy of the lease till I requested one four months later. Old tenants stopped by to check the damages they supposedly made and claimed they got very little back on refund of deposit. To no surprise we have been moved out two months and have not received a refund check or a list of damages. Worst company ever. No integrity what so ever. everything seemed fine for the first 6 months, until a big rain storm hit and our basement flooded. We called keith immediately after we realized. It took him 2 weeks to come out and take care of it. Later taking off money from our deposit because of the damage. Not caused by us. He continously showed the place without telling us. Best choice is the worst choice, won't return phone calls, property is a dump in need of a number of repeairs, all they are good at is collecting rent for tihs dump.

We have been trying to get a hold of Keith for over a month regarding our deposit since we moved out. He will not respond to us. This company is a joke and deserve zero stars.

open house at 901 A street from 1 - 2:30 today. Arrived at 1:30 and nobody there. Agents name Keith Morris. When you advertise for an open house don;t you think that somebody should be there to show it. Also tried to call number on yard sign and voice mail was full. Unfortunately my sister from Des Moines came into town to took at it - now she is looking at other places I would give you zero stars as a rating but the least it will let me give is one - and that's over rating you
