After being told my furnace wouldn't make it through this winter by a big name service provider, Kevin, of Best Choice said I had lots of pet hair built up, so built up he was surprised my air conditioner was still running. What'd he do? He took a damp rag and wiped off the fur, started the furnace again and voila, all better! Now it's on me to keep the filters changed. Amazingly ETHICAL and downright COMPETENT care for my heating and cooling systems!
This company charged us $532 for service repairs on our A/C unit and the problem wasn't fixed. When we asked if the cost of the previous repair would be factored in as a deduction because the issue wasn't fixed, I never received an answer. We have tried to call the owner numerous times to remedy the situation and he hasn't returned any of our calls. We will not use this company for any repairs in the future and we still remain extremely unsatisfied.
