I used James services when I was the Operations Manager at a not so great company. He did a good job and always offered to come by and do a free spot cleaning if there was ever a stain made after his work. He does a good job and I highly recommend him and his work!!
James has been working for My husband and I for many years! I originally hired him to clean carpets for me when I was Manager at MerryChase Condos over 20 years ago. He has never been late or had to reschedule! My carpets always look Amazing! James has also done some projects for my husbands old company Otto Construction! James and co-worker Adrianne did a great job! They were able to get out stains from years ago that I thought would never come out. Our carpets look brand new and don't smell like dog anymore. And best yet we scheduled on short notice, they showed up on time and ready to work. I'm impressed!
I am renting a house out in El Dorado Hills. I live out of state. I was worried about finding quality service since I was not around to look after the work. James of Best Choice Carpet took all my worries away. Was easy to contact always checked in with his work. I was extremely satisfied for the price. Paid a lot more with other commercial companies for less work. When the next lease is over I will definitely use Best Choice again
James did a superior job cleaning our carpets. He removed all the stains in our carpets. Additionally, he cleaned our tile.floors and the grout looks perfect. He sealed it after cleaning it. Overall experience was pleasant and we are.very happy with the quality of his work.
