Best cars r us did me right got me approved with only 1000 down for my 2019 bmw x5 i got from there. Yes my payment is higher then usual but I put bare minimum down so I couldn’t complain but overall solid experience these guys know what they are doing. I definitely will refer them anyone looking for a car. Great staff great people
Extremely rude and unprofessional experience with the owner via phone call. (the owner has an accent) About a week ago, I called this business to ask about my vehicle’s warranty and when it expires. My calls were repeatedly disconnected, and on my final attempt, the owner told me to “shut up” and to “leave them alone".. no stars if i could give them that sold me a lemon. bought a model S from them the cleaning guy nearly destroyed my car taking screws out with a vice grip i had to beg them for help for the first bill after they completely destroyed my 12volt battery cost me $1200 and they refused to pay the bill now i have a problem with my big battery as a result of that horrific event and its going to cost me >$18,000 and again no help from them if you're looking for your car to break down an hour after buying it this is the place to go t... read more
