I called and spoke with Rosie on Jan 16, 2025, about replacing carpet on two sets of stairs and on my back porch. She was very nice and it turns out, she was not even in the office or even in Chicago at the time. Still, she asked if I could provide her with measurements and the amount of stairs I have, and I did. She gave me a quote and sent me samples through text messages.
