Kamron did an excellent job repairing an E-1 error on my Lennox mini-split. He provided excellent customer service and explained the issue very well. I appreciated him asking for permission to walk freely around my home. Most service techs do that sometimes, and that's off-putting. Kudos to Kamron.
We had a great experience with Nathan Embrey! He did an excellent job explaining all of our heating and AC issues. He also is good about educating you on how your heating and Ac system works. He also makes sure you don’t have to spend unnecessary money for repairs. HVAC technicians of this caliber are few and far between. We would highly recommend Nathan to anyone.
Kameron made sure we knew when he was to arrive. He spent a good solid hour plus trouble-shooting the problem and presented me with great solutions. He checked to see if the part was covered under warrenty and was able to let me know about that. Great feedback and followup.
I purchased two toilets from Home Depot and paid for installation services. Best Care Plumbing called me on Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday. I was originally told that my appointment would be some time in the afternoon so I left work early. I made three phone calls throughout the day to confirm my appointment and was told I was still on the schedule. Company had to come back out because HVAC unit was still having issues. Shelia was out technician and is absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable and courteous. She spent hours I. The cold doing a complete analysis to assess what the issue was. She went above and beyond. After she discovered the main root of the problem she offered the solution. A part had to be ordered so she processed that and returned to install once it came. She reminds me of what great customer service should look like.
