Shedia was awesome. There was never a upsell pitch and she explained every clearly and candidly. I was with another TN Valley Heating and Cooling firm for years who gave me an estimate on my unit replacement of over 20K citing my unit was beyond repair. Best Care gave me another opinion and fixed my unit for under $500 and it’s been fine for the past 3 years. Thank you.
