UPDATE 2: THE FIRST TIME YOUR TECHNICIAN CAME OUT, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO HAVE A SAFETY SWITCH INSTALLED EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET, SO AS TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM REOCCURRING. CLEARLY, HE DIDN'T DO THE JOB AS REQUESTED, LEADING TO YOUR COMPANY SENDING TWO OTHER INDIVIDUALS OUT. I HAVE CAMERAS INSTALLED IN MY HOME. EVERY SINGLE THING I AM SAYING CAN AND WILL BE PROVEN IN COURT, WHERE I'LL BE ASKING THAT YOU REFUND ANY MONIES PAID BY MY WARRANTY COMPANY BACK TO THEM, INCLUDING MY $100 SERVICE FEE I PAID OUT OF POCKET. ... read more
