Had a mysterious problem in our primary bathroom that we thought was a plumbing problem in our drain. Had 2 other plumbers come, clear out the drain, and told us they hoped it fixed the problem. It didn’t. Then we called Home Serve who sent DJ. He was wonderful. Listened to our description of the problem, took time to think through possible solutions, and went under our house in record high heat. Discovered a pest problem…no plumbing issues. Jamie was awesome - he explained exactly what the plumbing problem was, fixed it, and told us some preventative tips to keep it from happening again. I would call them for any future issue without hesitation.
I would recommend Best Care after having a AC unit replaced with them. Our sales representative Chad was extremely knowledgeable and even made two trips to our home to discussion our options. He was very thorough and not in a hurry when answering all of our questions. The technicians Alberto and Chris were very polite, clean throughout the entire process and did an excellent job. They were able to complete the job in much less time then I was expecting it to take. A good experience all together.
Cameron Sykes was a true professional from start to finish. Throughly explain what he was doing to fix our faulty AC unit. Asked questions to get to the root of the problem and quickly determined the issue based on his experience. The unit is now running back to normal. Would recommend using Cameron and best care home services!
