I got a complimentary service estimate for my AC unit. My review would be more favorable, If I had received the services. I didn't agree with pay before service. So NO service NO pay. The technician seemed to be knowledgeable at his craft. This seems to be poor standards by MGMT if all customers are treated like this, I don't think you would be in business. Food for thought.
