Loved our first experience at Best Care! The staff was great and Dr. Kooima spent a great amount of time sitting with me and answering questions about my new pup. I’m so excited for the future with Best Care!
Dr. B is the best veterinarian I have ever taken my fur babies to. My baby Penny is actually at Best Care right now, she has been there for 4 days and was near death when I brought her (we had taken her to an emergency vet the day before bringing her to Best Care and the ER vet did nothing) while being away from her this long has been hard, I know that this is the best place for her while she's getting better. Thank you to the staff at Best Care for always going above and beyond for my family and all of our fur and feathered babies. With all the chaos of the pandemic right now it makes me so glad to know that you are still up and working harder than ever to keep us all up and going.
DO NOT take your animal here! Brought my hedgehog in, totally healthy 1yo. Died under anesthesia and was still charged not only for the visit, but the surgery, supplies and cremation cost. Unexpected things happen, and it’s rare. You would think in the rare occasion a pet dies under a routine surgery the vet could offset the cost of that part of the bill. A rare compensation is not going to break your wallet, but it will ruin your reputation.
Great staff and Vets! I switched to them under horrible conditions i had a sick puppy and couldnt get in my normal vet. sadly my puppy had to be put down. They were very nice and understanding. i got my puppys ashes back today she was in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved on the top and a small ziplock of her hair. very nice and above my expectations. Thank you to all the staff an vets for thier care of Jazmine, and now Diamond(Jazmines sister).
